Some of the most frequently asked questions:

1. How long will it take for a representative to contact me?
   Once we receive your inquiry, it is immediately put into our queue for follow-up. We are, however, under high demand and we attend to new business requests and inquiries on a first-come first-serve basis – which also falls behind attending to our current client needs and projects. We also have to scrutinize every inquiry we receive (hundreds per week) – so, the more information you can disclose, the better!
2. What are your rates?
   Our service rates are in line with industry levels for professional Internet agency services. Due to competitive reasons, we do not disclose these rates outside of qualified, new business proposals and client/agency relationships.
3. Are you willing to sign an NDA before I provide a lot of details?
   In most cases, yes. We understand the need for NDA’s and a week doesn’t go by without at least one request for such an agreement. Please remember, we do closely scrutinize such agreements as it’s often not feasible for us to enter into any that are too broad. We are on the forefront of Internet business and unfortunately, a lot of ideas are not new or unique. This means before we enter into an NDA, we are obligated to scrutinize the request as fully as possible.
4. How much does a Website cost?
   The answer is always ‘it depends’. The more detail your project disclose to us, the quicker and more accurate we can make an informed and competent assessment of what it’s going to take to deliver it.
5. How long would my project finish? Do you need additional extras to make it quicker?
   We are working on a first come first serve base so there is no additional fee required in making us works quicker. Your project is very important and we value it as much as our time, so it will save a lot of hassle if you have a draft or outline to present before the work commence (we can make it correctly right from the first time and save on continuous revisions).
6. Are you familiar with the web standard in making a site getting indexed? (w3.org compliance, google sandbox or other SEO related queries?)
   Yes, we are familiar with these terms and construct our sites to the w3.org standard. Thus, depends on the task request, most of our sites are ready for SEO process.
